Writers have various reasons why they are inspired to write. Some have a story to tell while others might want to delve into their lives to shape meaning out of an unforgettable experience. Still others write to rediscover the depths of their own senses, their own emotions.

Whether you have written extensively and are stuck, or whether you are new to the craft, this master class is intended to help your individual goals. Firstly, we will hold workshops as a group. Since writing is solitary, a workshop provides crucial feedback in order to develop your material and fine tune your style in a supportive and constructive space. Secondly, we will experiment with various genres (fiction, personal essay, memoir) cued by exercises and required readings.
